Troy McDonough

Troy McDonough was born and raised in Washington County, MD. He and his wife, Stacy, have been married for 35 years; they have three children and two grandchildren. Troy retired from the Maryland State Police after a 28-year career. During his tenure, he was assigned to the Criminal Enforcement Command specializing in Homicide and Child Abuse Investigations.

He is the Executive Director of BattleMENt Christian Men’s Ministry, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. BattleMENt is a ministry to encourage and equip men to grow in their faith, build Godly character, and lead by example to impact the world for Jesus, one person at a time. The vision of BattleMENt is to empower Christian men to lead lives of faith, integrity, and Godly influence. BattleMENt encourages men to leave a legacy that points to Jesus.

Troy organizes BattleMENt men’s conferences twice a year at various churches in the Tri-State area with pastors who adhere to biblically sound doctrine.
