Sierra Collins

Sierra Collins is the Founder and Chief Growth Officer of Sierra Learnership Collaborative, LLC (SLC), where she designs and delivers custom leadership development programs that empower individuals and organizations to grow with intention. After a decade of leading in public education, Sierra made a strategic pivot—expanding her focus to help leaders across all sectors sharpen their influence, communication, and team effectiveness.

A Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, Sierra is also a DISC Behavioral Consultant and Full Focus Planner Certified Pro. She works with clients through one-on-one coaching, goal-setting and accountability programs, interactive workshops, and immersive retreats. Her most-requested topics include DISC, Working Genius, emotional intelligence, strategic communication, leading with a coaching mindset, building a solutions-oriented culture, data-driven decision-making, trust-building, accountability, and the transition from peer to leader.

Sierra is also the host of the Branching Out with Sierra podcast, where she’s on a mission to redefine leadership for everyday life. She challenges the notion that leadership is tied to a title, emphasizing our ability to influence and impact others through every single interaction. Through relatable stories, practical tools, and conversations with diverse guests, she equips listeners to lead themselves and others with purpose, clarity, and authenticity.

Her work spans industries—including extensive collaboration with local municipalities—and reaches leaders locally, nationally, and internationally.

In addition to her work at SLC, Sierra is deeply engaged in her community—serving as Board Treasurer for the Child Advocacy Center of the Shenandoah Valley, Chair of the Ambassador Program at the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber, Education Coordinator for her local BNI chapter, and as a Board Member for Silent Guardian, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to disaster relief. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in lifelong learning, collaborative growth, and empowering others to lead from wherever they are.
