Allison Trobaugh

Allison Trobaugh is a seasoned communicator, community leader, and radio host with a career rooted in service, leadership, and public engagement. She currently serves as an on-air host and Client Partner Specialist with NewsTalk 103.7FM, where she engages with community stakeholders, business leaders, and policymakers to provide trusted information and education to local listeners. A Maryland native, Allison has extensive experience in leadership and public service. At just 21, she won an elected position in Washington County, Maryland. Her career has since included roles in education, ministry, and community leadership, where she has served as a teacher, coach, conference speaker, and women’s ministry director. Each of these roles has been marked by a commitment to building relationships, fostering understanding, and empowering others.
