Grounded
Free Pre-Summit Prayer & Reflection
Wednesday, October 14, 2026 · 7:30–8:00 AM
What it is
Grounded is a FREE 30-minute gathering for leaders who want to begin the day intentionally and centered before stepping into a full Summit experience. The gathering is Christ-centered and open to all who would like to attend. This is not a church service. It’s a quiet, reflective on ramp into the day; a moment to pause, pray, and prepare to lead well before the noise of the day begins.
An optional gathering before the Tri-State Leadership Summit 2026
The Maryland Theatre · Ballroom · 21 S Potomac St, Hagerstown, MD
Why we're doing it
Leadership carries weight. It shapes people, families, organizations, and communities. The Tri-State Leadership Summit exists to give regional leaders space to step away from the day to-day and think clearly about what truly matters. For many of those leaders, faith is integral to how they lead and serve, and we believe that spending time before the event to ensure we are properly Grounded in Christ is essential.
What to expect

- A short leadership reflection rooted in scripture from Pastor Jeff Ehko

Who it's for
Anyone who wants to start the Summit day this way (the room can hold up to 200). Christian leaders from across the tri-state region, members of local church communities, business and ministry leaders, Summit attendees, speakers, sponsors, and anyone who wants to pray for our community leaders are all welcome. You do not need a Summit ticket to attend Grounded. If the gathering resonates with how you lead, we’d love to have you in the room, both for that moment and for the full leadership experience that follows. To attend the full event, a ticket must be purchased.
A note on partnership.
We recognize the church community as a meaningful part of the regional leadership ecosystem. If you’d like to share Grounded with leaders in your congregation, or if you’re interested in being part of the gathering itself, we’d welcome the conversation.
